- Promotion of excellence in pubs
- Helping communities keep their locals thriving
- Protect and cherish pub heritage
- Strategic issue 3: to campaign for consumer rights
Priorities:
- Consumers to get value for money and not be ripped off
- Consumers to get information to assist them in choice
- Consumers to get good service (quality of experience)
