A New Cider Venture

Cidercraft

John Walsh of the East Beds. sub-branch and Ted ("What's Brewing") Bruning have started a new business venture. A while back they heard from a number of local licensees that it was difficult to get real cider hereabout. So for a while they tried making van trips to cider country but that proved too costly.

Now they've opened a shop at Burwash Manor Barns, Barton, selling around 15 bottled & draught ciders & perrys and also bottled Belgian beers.

For the moment the shop only opens for limited hours, as their normal jobs permit, but if all goes well staff will be hired in the new year. Currently they try to be open 11-5 on Wed, Fri, Sat & Sun and on other days when they're available. In the run up to Christmas they hope to be open every day.
